Knobs:  With the Rotary sensors we offer accessories to couple the shaft of the rotary sensor to couplings for motorized applications. For setting devices or panel mounted applications, we offer knobs.

Knobs for single turn potentiometers are available in various shapes and sizes. They can be fitted on shafts of different diameters. Shaft diameters of 4 mm, 6 mm and ¼” are available. The knob can be fitted on the shaft either by collet of set screw.

 

Couplings: To connect the shaft of the potentiometer to the shaft of the motor, we offer couplings of different diameters. A shaft coupling is a device to connect two shafts so that one can drive the other.

A flexible coupling adjusts itself to the misalignment of the two shafts connected together. This alignment can be of any sort i.e. angular, parallel or skew.  Couplings can be connected to the shafts by Allen screws of by set screws.
